An experienced Heavy Civil Estimator is needed for a full-time role based in Kitty Hawk, NC. This position focuses on turnkey sitework projects ranging from $5 million to $50 million. Candidates must have at least 5 years of relevant estimating experience, with the ability to price labor, equipment, and materials accurately. Responsibilities include developing detailed cost estimates from conceptual or schematic drawings, identifying construction risks and value-engineering options, and ensuring constructability throughout the process. Proficiency with construction assemblies and HCSS software is preferred. A valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S. are required. This is not an entry-level opportunity and requires proven industry experience.
