Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Market development USA and CA
- Acquisition of new customers (on site and over the phone)
- Contract negotiations at C level
- Consulting as well as active support of clients with regards to the implementation of modern eBusiness solutions
- Market planning/development and product placement
- Coordination of marketing initiatives in collaboration with the HQ
Education and Experience:
- High school or college degree
- Technical / software sales background, with a minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in a comparable environment
- Working knowledge of sales methodologies
- Excellent English skills, knowledge of Spanish or German an advantage
- Familiarity with the hardware tool market a plus
- Hunter/Closer mentality
- Intercultural competence; prior experience working for a European-based company is highly beneficial
- High customer orientation
- Experience with long sales cycles
- High level of self-motivation and self-organization
- IT affinity
- High flexibility and resilience
- Decision-making ability
- Ability to be successful in a small team environment
- Some leadership experience (Note: Although this role does not come with people management responsibility, we are looking for someone with the potential to lead)
