SUMMARY: The Trade Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing and improving trade policies and processes as well as performing related functions and activities to ensure compliant trade operations.

Policies and processes must adhere to all applicable U.S. and non-U.S. laws, regulations, and company policies. These processes must be maintained, audited, and improved as needed. This position will work and

collaborate with many functions – Compliance, Engineering, Finance, IT, Logistics, and Supply Chain and manage one direct report. In addition to trade responsibilities, there will be general compliance activities

required in this position. A successful candidate requires a strong intellect and sound judgement in these areas.
