The Supplier Quality Engineer is responsible for assessing supplier quality and ensuring that products received are free of defects. This position requires constant and accurate communication between senior management and suppliers to address and resolve quality issues, provide technical input and guidance on process enhancements and improvements.

This position will focus primarily on the training and guidance of 4 to 8 machine operator employees and ensuring that production goals are met. This is in a manufacturing setting to produce industrial products, and machine types will include unwinders and/or slitters. The Cell Leader may be required to fill in gaps from missing employees during the shift by personally operating the machinery. This person may also fill in as a back-up supervisor during absences of the primary Shift Leader (supervisor). Responsibilities here may include production planning, directing workflow, appraising performance, corrective actions, and resolving problems. 

Service Technicians are responsible to perform service on automatic, manual and revolver doors. Maintain proper truck stock, inventory and maintain the company vehicle. Responsible for accurate time sheet detailing job numbers, travel time, label equipment and complete door assignments timely. Moreover, this position will interface with the customer, end-user and general contractor in a courteous professional manner at all times. Expected to participate in training programs offered and remain AAADM certified. Also, wear and maintain any/all Personal Protection Equipment and work in a safe and efficient manner to prevent accidents to themselves, co-workers, end-users on site and the general public and property of all concerned.
