Opportunity for well versed Executive Assistant/Office Manager

 

Our client is a Subsidiary of a German privately owned company, planning and building complex processing equipment and facilities for the chemical and plastic processing industries. They are in located Charlotte, NC and we are recruiting for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager.

This is a part-time position, 20 hours/week, with the potential to grow to a full-time position.

 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Great communication skills with all levels of the organization including with the corporate headquarters
  • Organizational skills and positive can-do attitude
  • Critical and analytical thinking, solution-oriented approach
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to multi-task including prioritization of multiple deadlines
  • Support of external bookkeeping firm with A/P and A/R management
  • General accounting duties, with A/P and A/R
  • Bank Account matching and control
  • Checking and control of invoice
  • Establishing spread sheets, data editing and statistics for local and HQ management

 

What we are looking for:

  • Experience as Executive Assistant/Office Manager (or similar skillset) supporting Executives and independently handling day-to-day activities, scheduling meetings, coordinate calendars, organize internal and external company events, make national and international travel arrangements, and other
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience with conducting research and anticipating the needs of executives
  • basic accounting skills and A/P and A/R management
  • Ability to respect and encourages others
