What You’ll Do

As a Project Manager, you’ll drive every phase of the project lifecycle—ensuring excellence in execution, financial management, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead & Coordinate – Oversee field supervision, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to keep projects on track.
  • Financial & Contract Management – Handle budgets, subcontracts, purchase orders, and financial reporting.
  • Project Planning – Develop schedules, safety plans, and project logs while ensuring compliance with contract requirements.
  • Bid & Procurement Oversight – Assist in trade buyout, scope definition, and contract execution.
  • Meetings & Communication – Represent the company in client and subcontractor meetings, ensuring alignment on project goals.
  • Risk & Quality Control – Monitor jobsite safety, workmanship, and adherence to specifications.
  • Project Closeout – Deliver project manuals, oversee final training, and ensure a seamless transition to the owner.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 5+ years in construction project management with a strong track record of delivering high-profile projects.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Leadership & Problem-Solving: Ability to navigate complex challenges and make strategic decisions.
  • Organizational Excellence: Proven ability to handle budgets, schedules, and contracts with precision.
  • Client & Team Focus: Strong communication skills to build relationships and drive project success.
