Your Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of project execution, from budget and schedule management to contract administration and risk mitigation. You will be the driving force ensuring that mission-critical projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead & Communicate: Work with field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to keep projects on track.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Represent the company with owners, architects, consultants, and government authorities.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, contracts, purchase orders, and project financials.
  • Project Execution: Drive scheduling, safety planning, and trade partner coordination.
  • Risk Management: Oversee insurances, compliance, and quality control.
  • Problem Solving: Quickly address challenges to maintain project momentum.
  • Closeout & Handover: Ensure seamless project completion, including documentation, training, and warranty handoff.

What You Bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • A proven track record of delivering large-scale, high-value projects.
