Job Description
Duties and responsibilities will include the following:
- Must have previous Inventory and/or Stock Room experience
- This is a manual labor position that requires lifting and carrying heavy packages, up to 50 lbs.
- Manufacturing and assembly experience is preferred.
- Must be organized and structured, self-managed, and have a heads-down approach to tasks and projects
- Track incoming and outgoing inventory, perform daily cycle counts, and report any discrepancies
- Receive and distribute/ship parts in and out of our MRP system
- Track and document changes in inventory
- Perform cycle counts, or check different sections of inventory on a rotating basis
- Reconcile discrepancies
- Use our MRP system to pull parts for the manufacturing shop floor
- Work with manufacturing floor to reconcile BOM/Pull sheet discrepancies or changes
- Perform necessary shipping and receiving duties for domestic and international parts shipments
- Communicate directly with existing customers to assist and serve their parts request needs in a timely and professional manner
- Most importantly, be a TEAM player and be able to accurately and concisely communicate with managers, customers, other departments, and team members.
- MUST BE A DOCUMENTED CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES and have a VALID DRIVERS LICENSE.

Experience:
- Parts Inventory: 2 years (Required)
- BOM (Bill of Materials) Experience, Providing Parts to the production floor
- Shipping and Receiving - Self Managed, coming from an Industrial Manufacturing setting (Machine Shop, etc.)

Schedule:
- Day shift, Flexible as needed, Start time from 7:00AM - 8:00AM (EST) and End time from 4:00PM - 5:00PM (or later as needed).
- Monday to Friday
